This person does not know that they should not block a gate. Luckely they came back and moved so we could get turned around. He said the he would not do it again!
This person can not read! It is also illegal to block any gate that is not yours in the state of VT as I understand. Also common sense says there is traffic going through the gate so I should not block it!
